1.1 About GoWellthy

GoWellthy is a wellness facility located at 19 Montrose Crescent, Helena Heights, Somerset West, South Africa, offering Full-Body Red and Near-Infrared Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) services. By booking or making use of any GoWellthy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Services

GoWellthy provides non-invasive, non-medical wellness therapy sessions. Our services are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Results may vary between individuals. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before commencing sessions if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are on photosensitive medication.

1.3 Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been received or a booking confirmation has been issued. GoWellthy reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where health screening indicates a contraindication to therapy.

1.4 Health Screening

All new clients are required to complete a brief health screening questionnaire before their first session. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions honestly and completely. GoWellthy shall not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.

1.5 Conduct & Safety

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward GoWellthy staff and property. GoWellthy reserves the right to refuse service to any client who poses a risk to staff, other clients, or equipment.

1.6 Liability

GoWellthy shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

1.7 Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. GoWellthy reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Pricing in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

2.1 Cancellation — Eligible for Refund

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your appointment the day before your scheduled session and communicate your cancellation directly to Leonet via WhatsApp or phone call to +27 83 531 7261, or by email to leonet@gowellthy.com.

Cancellations communicated through other channels (social media, third-party platforms, etc.) will not be considered valid unless confirmed directly with Leonet.

2.2 Cancellation — Not Eligible for Refund

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

• Cancellations made on the day of the appointment
• No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice)
• Late arrivals that result in a session being shortened or forfeited
• Cancellations communicated via channels other than direct contact with Leonet

2.3 Treatment Packages

Treatment packages (6, 10, or 12 sessions) are non-refundable once sessions have been partially used. Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis only if a cancellation is requested in writing before any sessions have been used, and at GoWellthy's sole discretion.

2.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2.5 Rescheduling

We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel where possible. Rescheduling is available at no charge provided you notify Leonet at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day rescheduling requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3.1 Information We Collect

GoWellthy collects personal information (name, email, phone number, and health screening details) for the purpose of booking management, session records, and communication. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

3.2 POPIA Compliance

GoWellthy is committed to compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Your information is stored securely and used only for the purposes for which it was collected. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at leonet@gowellthy.com.

3.3 Payment Security

Online payments are processed securely through PayFast, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. GoWellthy does not store any card or banking details on its servers.
